Role Description

This is a summer program that is open to all, but is directed towards business managment, sales, and marketing majors. In this program you will learn all about selling products and services. 

Aptive is a nationwide pest control company that has recently been recognized as the fastest growing service company in the nation. We are known for our successful summer sales program that was designed specifically for college students. Reps go door-to-door selling year-long pest service contracts in one of our many offices around the country. Your job will be to master the sales skills provided in the training and help fulfill customers needs. Our goal for each of our reps is to become a leader.

Aptive has been recognized by some of the world's biggest brands for our elite training, high success rate, high commission payouts, and friendly work environment. During your internship you will be mentored by some of the best leaders in the industy on sales skills as well as real estate investing and other money management skills. This program is more than just a normal summer job or internship and is one of the best self improvement programs you can go through while paying interns very well. 

Pay

Our average intern earns $23,538.46 during their summer internship and the highest perfoming interns earning as high as $112,800.00 during the summer period. The above average reps are competetive and hard working. People that return to work for the company for multiple summers earn as high six figures.

This is a job that requires hard work and discipline and is not easy but has the power to teach you skills that will bring you success for the rest of your life. 

Attention: This job is not for everyone. We only accept hard working individuals that can handle stress and/or rejection.
